Fishcakes are good. I like fishcakes. These ones were just the right balance of crispy on the outside and potatoey soft inside with lotsa tastiness from the saltfish.
Served with a side salad of greens, raspberries and aged cheddar. Nice combo.
Blues. Greys. Greens. San Fran-y hills, ships sailing into harbor, distant icebergs, smiles from front stoops, good coffee, cod tongues, scrunchions at the cornermart, barking dogs, howling winds, weathered eyes, genuine smiles, Bajan relaxation, ladies talkin' like in Steel Magnolias, fish n' chips, tunes on a stairwell, and a whole lot more.
