Shrimp Sammiches - I want more.

Ok so this is basically the most delicious shrimp sandwich imaginable. All it takes is some fresh Fogo shrimp and a few slices of flatbread from Georgestown bakery (if they have any left). Unlike the supermarket/fishmart shrimp we usually have to settle for, these guys are so tender and tasty with a natural sea-saltiness you just can't stop popping them in your mouth. Yum yum yum!

Georgestown Bakery - No Baguette for You!

The hard-to-get-big-baguette. Man, it's good. But here's the deal with the Georgestown bakery: Buy stuff while it's there cuz if you hesitate, there won't be anything left when you come back. Seriously, what's up with these bakeries that don't bake enough of their delicious baked goods? Is it to carry-on the tradition of the bread-line? Plzzz Georgestown... We (The People) need our ficelles and baguettes. Bake more!

Here's a pic of their croissants. Did I buy any? No. Why? Beyond me. But stay tuned cuz tomorrow morning I'm getting up early to grab a couple and assess their buttery/flakey/ quality.

Georgestown bakery. Gotta stop in here when in St. John's.
